Outdoor Adventure Center The Club meets at the Outdoor Adventure Center (Bldg. T4) at Ft. Meade, MD. which is located between Baltimore and Annapolis MD. From Hwy 295, take Rt. 175 east toward Ft. Meade. Turn right into the main gate at Ft. Meade on Mapes Rd. Take a left turn at the first light onto Ernie Pyle St. You will go through three STOP signs and over a bridge across Rt. 32. Turn right at the "T". The Outdoor Adventure Center is the first building on the right, just before the firing ranges. See the Photo page for pictures of the Outdoor Adventure Center.
Firing Ranges Follow the directions above to the Outdoor Adventure Center. Instead of turning right into the Outdoor Adventure Center parking lot, continue straight through the gate. The Range Control office will be on your right and Range No. 1 will be directly in front of you. The photo above is of Range No. 1 taken from the 600 yard line. Follow the road to the left, which will take you behind the 600 yard firing line of Range No. 1, and the road will curve to the right and then back to the left. Ranges 2 through 9 will be on the right side of the road as you proceed. See the Range Schedule page for additional information on range use and access.
Archery Range The Archery Range is operated by the Outdoor Recreation Branch at Ft. Meade and has several target positions available. The Archery Range is open to the public. The Range is located just across the street from the Outdoor Adventure Center.
