High Power Rifle Match
2008 Garand & Junior M1 Carbine Match is scheduled for May 17th.
This year's Meade Rod and Gun Club CMP Sanctioned M1 Garand and Junior M1 Carbine High Power Rifle match is scheduled for Saturday May 17th.
This event requires attendees/competitors to have prior knowledge and experience in firearms safety and handling. There are a limited number of firing positions for this event -- pre-registration/pre-payment is required to participate in this event. Experienced volunteers are welcomed to help conduct this event. See the links below for match application and flyer for map and instructions to range gate where we meet at 7:30 am.
Directions are: East on 175 toward Odenton, Right onto Piney Orchard Pkwy, Right onto Riverscape Rd, Left onto Range Rd, Stop at Gate.
Participation in this event meets the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) firing prerequsite for purchase of CMP M-1 Garand or other rifles, parts and ammunition.
